Monthly Payment Plan

monthly payment plan for propane

Enrolling in the Monthly Payment Plan is a great way to guarantee your propane rate and spread your annual costs into 11 equal monthly payments.

Equal Monthly Payments
We estimate your annual propane costs based on previous usage at the Fixed Price rate. That amount is divided into 11 equal payments. Adjustments for over or under payment are applied in the 12th month.

Fixed Price
Monthly Payment plan members are automatically enrolled in the Fixed Price Plan, our lowest price! The $40 enrollment fee will be billed to your account.

Automatic payments
You may pay by cash, check or credit/debit card or you may set up automatic payments. Automatic payments include credit/debit cards and automatic debits(ACH). You may sign up for automatic payments on WebPay on our website or call our office. We will be glad to set it up for you.

Requirements
Plan is limited to credit-approved, automatic delivery (fill-up only), residential accounts and are contingent on prompt payments. Accounts will be removed from the plan after two missed payments and gas will be re-billed at the market rate.

Payments are due the 10th day of each month by cash, check, credit/debit card, automatic debit or WebPay. Current participants are renewed automatically each May. Monthly Payment Plan customers are automatically enrolled in the Fixed Price Plan and billed the $40 enrollment fee.

Contact us for more information. We will calculate your monthly payment amount and notify you when you can enroll.
